Listserv
The American Literature Association has created a listserv as a way for members of affiliated societies as well as individuals interested in American Literature to receive and disseminate useful information. Such information includes ALA events and those of affiliated organizations, as well as CFPs, research and teaching opportunities, and other scholarly news important to our subscribers. Anyone may submit such information to the listserv; please note that submissions are moderated for relevance.
If you would like to subscribe, please send a blank email to american-literature-association+subscribe@googlegroups.com. Send this email from the address where you would like to receive correspondence; you are not required to link your gmail account. Alternately, you can become a member by joining Google Groups and searching for the American Literature Association. Please note that ALA listserv correspondence may go to your Clutter or Junk file unless you add the address to your contacts. (You can unsubscribe at any time by sending a blank email to american-literature-association+unsubscribe@googlegroups.com or by managing your google group settings.)
Once you have joined, you can send a message to the ALA listserv at any time by using this address: american-literature-association@googlegroups.com.
NOTE: If you are having trouble subscribing, our group may have hit Google’s daily limit of new members. If this happens, please try again the next day.
